9. Automated Processing and Profiling
- 9.1. Data may be processed automatically, including profiling, for:
- a) service personalization,
- b) delivery of tailored content and offers.
- 9.2. Users have the right to object to such processing.

- 10.1. PayEye implements technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:
- a) encrypted data transmission (SSL),
- b) access control systems,
- c) security audits and penetration testing,
- d) incident response policies.

- 13.1. This Policy is effective from the date of publication and applies to all users of PayEye services.
